The forend is 1.75" wide at the tip and rounded to a beaver tail that is flat, making it wide enough to accept a #8 barrel, which is about 1.125" diameter at the tip of the stock.
The Manners MCS-T is standard with a 1" Pachmayr Decel pad installed at a length of pull of 13.5". Additionally the stock features a high cheekpiece for larger bell scopes and a nice palm swell, providing added comfort and control. The forend and palm swell of the stock also feature a molded-in textured surface for a sure grip, ensuring that you maintain control and accuracy when shooting.
