Crafted from a full 100% carbon fiber shell, the MCS-LRH is incredibly lightweight, with an average weight of 30 to 33 ounces, making it easy to carry and handle in the field. The stock features a standard configuration of a ½” premium, lightweight recoil pad and a 3.5” ARCA rail, which is mounted in front of the mag well for optimal balance.
The narrow low-profile fore-end of this stock accepts up to an M24 barrel contour, providing excellent accuracy and stability. Plus, it's available in all elite and standard camo and finishes, so you can choose the look that best suits your style.
Designed for all Remington-based right-hand actions, the MCS-LRH can also be ordered in a left-hand version with a reinforced traditional bolt notch. The action area of the stock is lowered so there is no need for a port or side bolt release cut to fit most actions, maintaining maximum strength while still keeping the overall weight super low.
The MCS-LRH stock comes standard with a 3.5” long ARCA rail mounted on the bottom of the low profile fore-end directly in front of your M5 style bottom metal of choice. The fore-end of the stock is actually designed around the ARCA rail, making it the perfect balancing point when the gun is mounted on a tripod in the field for taking precision shots while still allowing the extraction of a detachable magazine.
The stock also features dual ambidextrous thumb shelves and a greatly reduced overall size of the grip. The overall thickness of the grip was reduced while building up key areas in the palm swell to make it very comfortable for even the largest hands.
