Returns and Exchanges
Except as may be otherwise stated at the time of purchase or otherwise by The Battalion, we may offer a refund less a 10% restocking fee to the original payment method within 15 days of your original purchase due to dissatisfaction with products purchased from our Site. You are responsible for any return shipping expenses. If you have concerns or problems with the products you receive, please contact us by email at sales@thebattalion.com or via the contact information on the Site and we will attempt to resolve the issue. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to issue or not issue refunds or exchanges for returned products or cancelled services. Any custom order or any product that has been mounted, modified, or used in any way is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
